The hotel has a personal touch in their approach to the guests. I enjoyed my stay a lot. The staff was great. The rooms are well planned and comfortable. There are various design points that might be unnoticeable but make for a good stay. For example, even after taking hot shower, the mirrors are perfectly visible. The towel for putting next to the shower has a feet imprinted. Everything is comfortably positioned. The mattress is good (albeit in a softer side). The staff gives an umbrella if it.

Elegant, beautifully decorated in finest European style with all your room amenities--good sizenroom, comfortable bed, large tv with lots of channels, hair dryer, large bathroom, mineral water, free local calls and free Wi-Fi. Apples were placed in the lobby, 24hr room service, and free breakfast--modest, but good quality and filling. Best part is staff fluent in English and highly attent. the design was very nice, friendly staff and very helpful. Clean, big room! and big bathroom! With my room on the top floor (3rd) and no lift , I still enjoyed running up and down the beautifuly decorated stairs. One of the best value 4star hotels I have ever stayed in over 30 countries !! even better than some of the 5 star hotels... free wifi was also great ... great location too. This is my second time at this hotel and sure will not be the last one. Employees are making you feel at home really. They deal with every little problem you might have like their own problem and solve it for sure. Room is comfortable and everything is new inside and clean. Location is perfect in the city center but quite the same time. I've traveled a lot in Ukraine and this is the best hotel I've stayed so far. Bed could be bigger, an eternal problem for solo travellers in Ukraine. Breakfast is from menu, I would prefer a small buffet breakfast which is more efficient. Pillows were kind of uncomfortable but this is very minor issue. No choice at breakfast. Single room is very small and it also has very small bed. It is definitely too expensive for this size. For normal size room you have to upgrade to double room. Breakfast a la carte only with limited choice (but excelent food quality!). No views at all, just walls out the window. Nothing. Everything was fantastic. The price we paid was higher, than we had seen on booking. No lift. Pillows are too soft while beds are too hard, should be other way around.
