  Great service, starting from the pickup at the airport throughout the whole stay. Nice breakfast Top-class gym Good kitchen (enjoyed two dinners there) - Best recommend for everyone who will came in Kharkov !!!!!!

  The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early morning on th... wat mensen zeggen » e overnight train and weren't supposed to check in for about 4-5 hours but the desk clerk allowed us to check in about 8 in the morning. It was great - The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.
