  We were extremely impressed with the room in which we stayed. Our 19 month old daughter was given a lovely cot to sleep in, our sheets were always turned down by the time we got back at night and mints on our pillows-you cant get better than that! Our bathroom was extremely clean and we were provided with wonderful little shampoos and body lotion e... wat mensen zeggen » tc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

  This hotel was amazing, they did all they could to make our stay brilliant and all for a really good price... i will definatley be going back there - Very friendly staff....amazing room (both very clean and very large!) Brilliant facilities. Very pretty location and easy to find.

  I liked everything, they were very welcoming and as I was travelling alone I felt very relaxed there. The room was large and comfy and the dining room was most welcoming. I only had breakfast at the hotel but this was very nice. - Very friendly and service was excellent. All the facilities were excellent and the hotel was in a good location.

  Geweldig uitzicht! - I would also like to thank very much the manager for updating our room to a suite for our honeymoon night, which added the icing to the cake after a perfect day. Friendly atmosphere, calm and casual, and very professional. The room was brilliantly clean; the breakfast is one of the best I have had away from home. Great hosts, great hotel, thank you Chris, Kerry, and Yvonne. This will be our first choice hotel to stay at in the Torbay area from now on.

  Having lived in Devon all our lives it was a hotel we had passed many times in the past, wondering what it would be like to stay there. We were not disappointed. Yes it would have been nicer to have had a slightly newer more modern bigger room, but what we had proved to be adequate for the one night we stayed. The bed was comfortable.   My girlfriend and I stayed in the 4 poster room for the May bank holiday and I must say, it was by far one of the best places we have stayed in. Chris and Janet are absolutely adorable and I highly reccomend this place to annyone wishing to visit Torquay. If you are looking for a fantastic place, unbelivably clean and ever so charming with off stre... wat mensen zeggen » et parking in a great location, look no further. A++ - Fairways was top class from the friendly welcome to the spotlessly clean room. The breakfast was excellent (which could be pre-ordered or chosen in the morning). Chris and Janet could not have been more helpfull. The extra large towels were so soft. I would recommend this hotel to all as there were families and business people there and all seemed to be very happy chatting with each other.
