  This was the second time staying at this hotel. The owners are friendly and courteous and the facilities are what you would expect of a hotel with a much higher star rating. We stayed in a self catering room on this occasion and found it to have everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The hotel also now has a tennis court which we made use of on... wat mensen zeggen » three evenings. Very Highly Recommended. - Made to feel very welcome, the room and food lived up to the description on the website. The website was very easy to understand and the layout very good.

  Very friendly and informative owners. Made us all feel very welcome and at home. Meals very good quality with a good selection to choose from. Clean, bright rooms. Convenient location to Sidmouth and surrounding places of interest. Well worth the money. - We arrived late and got a very friendly and helpful welcome. The owner helped us find somew... wat mensen zeggen » here to eat on the Seafront. Our rooms were fine with everything we needed. The breakfast had a good selection all well prepared. All in all a great stay
