  Prachtige ligging, keurig, schoon, rustig, comfortabel hotel - A wonderful visit (FlyBe Belfast to Exeter) to a most beautiful region.The hotel in all aspects was excellent, staff courteous, good manners,attentive and good at their jobs. The front wheelsof the car dug in too deep on occasions. A minor hiccup. - The staff were extremely good and nothing was too much trouble for them - due to staff shortages they were all multi-tasking but the good service was not lost. We particularly liked the head waiter/operations manager who always had a lovely smile and curteous manner for young and old alike. We loved our room that had a double aspect with far reaching views - totally delightful.

  This was the second time staying at this hotel. The owners are friendly and courteous and the facilities are what you would expect of a hotel with a much higher star rating. We stayed in a self catering room on this occasion and found it to have everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The hotel also now has a tennis court which we made use of on... wat mensen zeggen » three evenings. Very Highly Recommended. - Made to feel very welcome, the room and food lived up to the description on the website. The website was very easy to understand and the layout very good.

  We had a wonderful room with a triple aspect of the beach. It was well decorated and spacious The staff were cheerful, friendly and eager to help - nothing was too much trouble. The food produced in the bar was a delight cooked to perfection, particularly yummy were the scallops with a thermidor sauce and their creamy calves liver. The hotel was... wat mensen zeggen » right on the beach and the walk along the Esplanade was lovely and the day spent a Connaught gardens a relaxing time. There were also plenty of shop - The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts and lunches were very good indeed, good quality food and thoughtful presentation. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows and the shower was adequate. The owners had done a good job at modernising the inside of the hotel and the standard of cleanliness was superb.

  Location was great and the hotel had parking spaces which was a bonus as many don't. Hotel was clean and room well appointed and large. Breakfast was excellent.
