  I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff that dealt with us, as they were very welcoming and helpful, plus the overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel. It was also very quiet too consdiering that there were a lot of people staying there.Very good value for money! - Excellent value for money hotel.   The staff and the service was brilliant. I stayed there with my partner and it was a lovely place to spend the weekend. The room was spotless and had everything you'd expect there to be plus more. The breakfast was really nice as well. We stayed in the lodge which is just round the back of the hotel. When the hotel heard about this in the morning they were very quick and help - The food was excellent, the staff were obviously well trained and friendly, there were plenty of small parts that added up to a very pleasant stay such as milk in jugs and not cartons, somewhere for the cartons at breakfast, good quality serviettes at mealtimes, clean corridors where it was difficult to keep clean (we ran a finger along a dado rail!) and, joy of joys there was a Country & Western night in their extension and not one sound escaped!

  The restaurant was very good, the hotel was spotless. The receptionist on duty for most of our stay was extremely nice, and very helpful, her name was Denise , a lovely person!. I am sure that when we are in the area again we will be stopping at Harmer Hill. - Room big enough for four. Plenty of choice for breakfast at Table Table which was attached to the Premier Inn via an internal door.

  Having stayed in April and having not been impressed, we can only congratulate the staff on the changes. The staff are friendly. The welcome and check-in excellent. The restaurant staff helpful and atmosphere of a good place to work, which gives for a good place to eat too. Food for chain not bad and food a good quality. Family room very spacious, bright and very clean. 5. Highly recommend it as a place to stay for a weekend of shopping or leisure

  This guest house is in a wonderful location, right below the walls of the castle. the owners are very friendly and were very helpful. the room we stayed in was twin room 4. It was very clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent. We decided to have breakfast which was good value at £4.95 . We parked outside and dropped off our bags and then to... wat mensen zeggen » ok the car to the long stay car park next to the station, just round the corner, it cost £8.90 from Friday night to Sunday night which I thought was g - The room was simply furnished but purposeful, and was immaculately clean. The wall mounted tv was annoyingly small, but its unlikely anyone will be spending hours viewing it. The house is situated slap-bang in the town centre, and there is limited on-street parking across the road, though only free from 6pm until 8am. The solitary staff member was friendly and helpful.
