  It was immaculate and the owner could not have done enough for us. We had a pet collie with us and this was not a problem at all and we occupied the ground floor accomodation. The owner even directed us to dog friendly restaurants nearby which was very kind.   The hosts were really nice and the parking near the hotel is a bonus. The cooked breakfast was superb - one of the best I've evr had at a hotel and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel has wireless internet, which was good. The location is very good, close to the seafront on the North Bay with a nice restaurant close by, and the cinema. Breakfast was superb and well organised. Not many places cater for us vegetarians but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Room was a bit small but very well decorated and very clean and tidy. Good location, easy to get to all places, ideal for anyone attending open-air concerts or just to have a relaxing walk around Peasholme Park. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.
