The Grainary is a working farm, with a B&B on the side, so if you like the atmosphere of a farm, off on the edge of the moors, you'll love it. Children are especially well catered for, as they have every imaginable farm animal in the fields near the house, plus dogs, rabbits, a ferret and certainly one or two I've missed. Super friendly staff. The Hotel was clean and inviting. The room was small but more than adequate for what it is intended for.The full English breakfast was awesome, most places you tend to have a full English, the taste comes across as a generic, this however (as you read in the hotels description) is locally sourced and you can certainly taste the difference. We had a lovely sea view room, bed was really comfy. Good sized ensuite bathroom. The room was nicely decorated and felt modern. Breakfast was good its nice to have a non greasy full English. Ian and Virginia were really nice and talked to us about what we were going to do in scarborough.
