helpful friendly staff, good range of book in times, clean, comfortableand spacious ap[artments. Comfortable. Plenty of room. Child friendly. Problems with heating but quickly sorted out. Good safety with fire doors but made so much noise opening and closing impossible to sleep if someone on the move! Shower not good curtain too short so water everywhere!.
