This was much appreciated as had only just become aware hotel located on busy road/roundabout. Twin room was spacious and clean and for a 3* rating, well appointed.   I stayed in the hottest part of 2013 and my room in the attic was very hot and with the windows open very noisy. However, the hotel had done their best and I had an excellent electric fan and there were even ear plugs available. At any other time of year I would have enjoyed it but the hot weather was hardly the hotel's fault. The evening was made... wat mensen zeggen » memorable by an excellent meal in town at a place called "The Bistro" which I thoroughly recommend. - I have visited this hotel twice within 2 weekends with different groups of family / friends. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure that all our needs were met. Great breakfast, and good value for money.

  The hotel was excellent for the price. I felt that the photos on the website and the comments from other customers did not give an accurate picture. We would certainly stay at the Old Manor Hotel again if in the area and reccommend it without hesitation.
