  This has new management and they are doing a good job, the facility is not the best but certainly not the worst. There is a lot of refurbishment to be done in all areas but it is clean, quiet and fantastic value for money. The breakfast was better than a four star hotel I stayed in and the staff were both pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend this as a stopover before flying. £40 for a night was excellent - Everything was catered for and the staff / owners were extremeley nice and hospitable. There was a wedding night occuring during our arrival, but all was good and al was peacful at a time that didn't affect our stay. we would stay again if we were in the area. Not the best for the price we paid, but certainly good value.

  The room was clean, a good size and the welcome was fantastic. I did not stay for the breakfast as I left the hotel at 4.30am as I was heading off early to beat the traffic to Silverstone Grand Prix. The hotel was easy to find and so close to the M1.
