Hot breakfast was a real treat. - Great hotel, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast! Wehave stasyed here several times before and are never disappointed, wewill be back.

  I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was superb.the bed was really comfortable. The food was of a high standard.the bar had a lovely log fire and a good selection of local ales and lager all resonably priced.all in all I found it a great choice except that as I travelled by train, the nearest station darsham involve... wat mensen zeggen » d a £15 taxi ride but that at least was my choice.i would certainly stay there again. - we stayed in a kinda annex the room was called Southgate. It was really comfortable. There was a DVD called "Whatever happened to Dunwich" that was entertaining! The meal at night and breakfast was fabulous...and "Mine host" was helpful and friendly....Plenty of free parking and the beach 2 mins away...I'm sure we will stay again

  Frendly efficient staff and everything is very clean. It's not the least stuffy and you feel at ease there. An encouraging price structure sympathetic to what for many people are hard pressed times. An alternative for me would have been to have made two 200mile car journeys in one day rather than one - We had a lovely friendly welcome from the... wat mensen zeggen » lady on reception who gave us all the information needed about the hotel and the facilities provided. The lady in charge at breakfast was very friendly and welcoming and the young cook, in his first week at the hotel, cooked our breakfast to perfection.

  The hotel is only 20min drive from Cambridge, and although we worried about the car park, it is right in front of the hotel and very easy to access. Because we arrived on Sat after 4pm, we did not have to pay either. The hotel is very clean and offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.   Excellent staff, the most comfortable beds I've come across in my travels, extremely good value for money and the breakfast is well worth booking and keeps you going all day - provided everything needed for a short stay. room spacious, comfortable & clean. food at adjourning restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was excellent.

  Geduldig en vriendelijk mijn aankomst afwachten om 1 uur 's nachts nadat ik telefonisch had gemeld dat ik enorme vertraging had opgelopen in de files rond Londen.. Ik kreeg een prachtige grote kamer met aanpalend toilet en sanitair.   The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat.
