  I requested champagne & a birthday cake .Isobel was brilliant ,getting in superb bottle & her cake maker contact did an excellent job.We were very lucky to be upgraded to the Tower Suite.The suite is on two levels so theres an uber modern double shower downstairs,and a bath large enough for a swim ,in the luxurious open plan bedroom. Tv downstairs and up in the bedroom level,with great sound system & because you ha - The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming - the tea and cake on arrival was a nice touch, as we were both starving! The room (which was actually an impressively large suite including a kitchenette - much more than we thought we had booked) was very clean and furnished to a very high standard. Everything felt very new and clean. Good central location with plenty of parking space. Had a great stay and was impressed by everything.

  I liked everything about this hotel, the location was a little way out but that did not matter. The decor, the pub itself, the room was fabulous.. little things like giving you fresh milk in a flask to have with your tea rather than the horrid little cartons, even the shower gel was nice. Sparkling clean and warm.. The food was brilliant and the ... wat mensen zeggen » breakfast possibly the best I have ever had. You pay extra for the breakfast but it was well worth it. They even had nice orange juice. Def visit a - we had a lovely week, staff were friendly and it had a very laid back feel. loads of character and very comfortable. beautiful peaceful setting and positioned well for Bath, Wells and lots of other places to visit.

  The way we were met on arrival by Chris. Even at 9.45pm he came and got our television working at the cost of an electric shock to him from the aerial. The quality of the food and the overall service and pleasant manner of the staff. The light on continuously in the Wet Room so no one else is disturbed through the night from another person in need... wat mensen zeggen » of the toilet. - Our room could not be faulted, and wi-fi reception was excellent. Dog-walking in February can be a muddy experience, but the owners had even thought about a 'hosing down' place. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast, and beware the size of the evening meals if you value your waist line. Overall, a top class experience which we expect to repeat .

  The owners were superb and nothing was too much trouble. I was stayingthere for the uk Ironman and they went out of their way to accomodateevery nutritional and other requirement. To be highly recommended. - Accommodation was good, comfortable and cleaniliness was excellent also it was nice and quiet.   A very relaxed atmosphere, which made the stay very comfortable. Room was great. All members of Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice. We would have no problems staying here again. Thank You! - The friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and this made the stay an extremely pleasant experience.

  We stayed in the room with access for disabled as it was the last room for 1 night - 2 beds downstairs, 1 double upstairs. Very comfortable and cosy room - would be extremely good if in a wheelchair etc as bathroom very good for that. Upstairs landing bedroom lovely. Was able to use the Wifi with ease and the food was excellent. Properly cooked... wat mensen zeggen » and delicious. It's a real treat to get chips made from fresh potatoes and when you ask for rare meat you get it rare. Well done to them. Breakfas - We were made really welcome . The Landlord lit the fire in the sitting room so that we could enjoy our excellent bar meal in a more relaxed setting as the pub was fully booked .Excellent location only 5 miles from the airport . We would definitely go back as this would be an ideal place to stay for a visit to Bath . a really good find and excellent value for money .
