  Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee. My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle. Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if ... wat mensen zeggen » you don't feel like doing the 20 min walk). Murrayfield and Tynecastle about 20 mins away by foot, if you're catching some sport while in Edinburgh. S - Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

  The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment. There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected. Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. - Convenient location, downtown but still quiet, clean and... wat mensen zeggen » comfortable, loved the view of the canal, great value for money, easy to visit Edinburgh sights, returned forgotten luggage, THANKS! and enjoyed mystery upgrade.

  Zeer luxe appartement, goede ligging, goede service en vriendelijk ontvangst. Zeker aan te raden - apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking bags from car etc a bit inconvenient. - Brillian!!! Didnt have much dealings with staff but when we did theywere great. Had a problem with the bioler and was fixed almost straightaway - perfect!!! Great value for money. Apartment wa stunning andeverything about it screamed luxury. We were there for a Friday andSaturday night -got a knock on the dopor on the Saturday to see if wewanted it cleaned!!! Wow!!!

  The corridors were quite dark but when my room door was open it was fabulous - I loved the decor of the room, the bathroom was enormous with a fabulous shower and it's got to be one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Just a pity that it was quite noisy and there was lots of clicking and ticking from things in the room. The staff were great, the lady that sho - The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

  Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontspannen sfeer. Keuken goed en snel. - Uitstekende service en erg rustige kamers!!! Beneden in de gezamelijk ruimte was een bar en een aparte ruimte dat een huiskamer uitstraalde waar je heerlijk rustig kon zitten en lezen. De ramen konden lekker open waardoor het niet zo ... wat mensen zeggen » warm en droog aanvoelt, wat vaak het geval is in een hotel. Het hotel had absoluut geen bedompte atmosfeer daardoor.
