  The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment. There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected. Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. - Convenient location, downtown but still quiet, clean and... wat mensen zeggen » comfortable, loved the view of the canal, great value for money, easy to visit Edinburgh sights, returned forgotten luggage, THANKS! and enjoyed mystery upgrade.

  Zeer luxe appartement, goede ligging, goede service en vriendelijk ontvangst. Zeker aan te raden - apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as n... wat mensen zeggen » one on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking bags from car etc a bit inconvenient. - Brillian!!! Didnt have much dealings with staff but when we did theywere great. Had a problem with the bioler and was fixed almost straightaway - perfect!!! Great value for money. Apartment wa stunning andeverything about it screamed luxury. We were there for a Friday andSaturday night -got a knock on the dopor on the Saturday to see if wewanted it cleaned!!! Wow!!!

  The corridors were quite dark but when my room door was open it was fabulous - I loved the decor of the room, the bathroom was enormous with a fabulous shower and it's got to be one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Just a pity that it was quite noisy and there was lots of clicking and ticking from things in the room. The staff were great, the lady that sho - The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

  We had a fabulous one night stay at The Chester Residence. Staff were very helpful and the suite was fantastic. All rooms were very spacious (we had the 1st floor suite) and the location was only about 5 minutes walk from Haymarket and Princes Street. This was our first stay in a serviced appartment and we would highly recommend a stay here, beats ... wat mensen zeggen » a stuffy hotel any day of the week! - The location was fairly close to the center of the city (20 minute walk). The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Flat screen tv with multiple satellite channels. Kitchen well stocked daily with breakfast/snack items. Reception/housekeeping more than helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone and return to this hotel without a doubt.
