  Bed was comfortable and we had a quiet area to stay in. Very nice modern pool with hot tub and sauna & steam room and family changing rooms. Modern hotel throughout. There are shops and Farnborough centre nearby (walking distance away) which is handy. - The atmosphere is modern and chilled while maintaining a cosy edge.   Accommodation, service and cuisine was exceptional value for money Staff were friendly and helpful in Reception. The room (which was an upgrade) was lovely, wonderfully comfortable and beautifully appointed, all in all a wonderful hotel in which to relax and unwind. I could not fault this hotel. It was of a very high standard and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Southampton.

  Fantastic environment for a family trip to marwell zoo! We loved theattention to detail in the hotel and rooms even down to the animal printmugs and penguin biscuits! We will definately be back and were eventalking about making a trip later in the year! - The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the food was great and theroom service

  het is een geweldig leuk hotel, oorspronkelijk uit ca. 1500 (!) en zo ziet het er in eerste instantie ook uit van buiten: echt een sprookjesachtig decor in een heel mooie omgeving. Van binnen is alles keurig op orde, heel mooi de oude stijl daargelaten maar keurig netjes en schoon en gerenoveerd zodat het volledig voldoet aan de moderne, hoge, maat... wat mensen zeggen » staven. Ik ben echt heel enthousiast! - staff were friendly and helpful,the food in the restaurant was excellent,i had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel will definately stay there again - I will gladly recomend this hotel to my family and friends due to the courteous treatment we received during our short stay

  Het zwembad en relax faciliteiten. En omdat ik HHoners member ben kreeg een room upgrade - The location of the hotel was perfect. Just off the motorway, but set in lovely wooded gardens so therefore not much noise. In fact, no noise, with window closed! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and something for everyone. Would def recommend this hotel... wat mensen zeggen » , and would use it again myself. - Pretty good actually, free swimming pool, gym facilities and steamroom.I had a very relax weekend in the hotel.

  At the Meon the staf really shone, Holly who was our waitress in the evening was excellent, we felt very special, Tania was equally fantastic who looked after us at breakfast. The reception staff were also helpful and found us dressing gowns without question, well done great service all round. Food was excellent as was the service everywhere. This... wat mensen zeggen » was service at its very very best. - All of the staff were very friendly & welcoming. The food in Zest was very good as was the breakfast. The leisure facilities were very good and well maintained, just a shame the Sauna was out of order. We had a very pleasurable stay and would come back again.

  mooie lokatie - The initial reception was excellent and friendly. The staff were very attentive and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond reproach. It has been the best experience of staying in a UK hotel and would recommend it. They should be congratulated on such a lovely service provided. The dinner is also superb in their restau... wat mensen zeggen » rant. - Could not fault anything. The staff were genuinely pleased to see you. Always friendly with us and amongst themselves. Nothing was faked and if things weren't as expected matters were immediately dealt with. Classy, slick and professional. Real breakfasts!!!

  Enjoyed the pool, it could have been warmer, as it is small needs to be warm enough to just play around in, the temp it was you really needed to swim a lot, not dig enough for that. - The food was really outstanding, and I immediately booked at the hotel for a further weekend away.
