  Located in a lovely valley with beautiful gardens. The catering options were second to none - breakfast exceptional; dinner and bar snacks excelent value. Could not fault the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and well appointed. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and when returning from dinner found re... wat mensen zeggen » d roses on the bed - a lovely thoughtful touch! We would definately not stay anywhere else on Guernsey, the whole ambience of the hotel was so relaxin - The hotel is in a truly stunning setting, looking out over a wooded gully, to the sea. Service was good, as was the food at both restaurants - it's well worth a trip to the Rock Garden for a few cocktails, too! Possibly the best hotel we've stayed at in Guernsey. Potential bookers should note that this is NOT in St Peter Port town but a rural location in the parish.

  The rooms were fab, perfect, staff all very friendly, Malcolm was brilliant, doggy receptionist was cute! :-) Food was fab, place amazing, relaxing, enjoyable, peaceful, restful and I would def come again in 2014!!!   aardig personeel, stijlvolle inrichting - The room was good size very clean and fresh and the hotel food was great .I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the best stays I have experienced will be back .thanks to all the staff - The health suite and early check in. The breakfast was very good too.

  The room was lovely with a very large, comfortable bed. The toiletries were good quality, and we had a good supply of tea making facilities and biscuits. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice for our evening meal which was delicious.The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times and were keen to ensure we had all we n... wat mensen zeggen » eeded and that we were happy with everything. Which we were. - The hotel was more like a 5 star and the staff so friendly, they all made us feel so welcome.The breakfasts on the terrace were lovely. We only ate out two nights out of 9 and the hotel food was far superior. Olga was an absolute treasure, she looked after us so well, I would recommend this hotel.

  Wonderful Hotel , all the staff were fabulous, great view from my room over St Peter Port, lovely breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Room was very spacious, and comfortable, memory foam mattress , luxury bedding and toilettries, very fluffy towels ! - The service was excellent, all staff were very helpful and friendly and smiled.. Very important... wat mensen zeggen » ! The room 105 was fantastic, beautiful view superb bathroom just pure luxury. We will stay again if we return to guernsey.

  The five star service started the moment we were greeted at the airport by a key member of staff from the Bella Luce.We were given a short tour of the island and arrived at the hotel , check in was smooth and efficient, we were given a brief show round of the hotel and it's facilities and shown to our luxurious room overlooking the gardens and poo... wat mensen zeggen » l.Throughout our stay the staff were superb, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.Food and ambience very romantic and 1st class quality. The faciliti - Lovely old-fashioned feeling with modern amenities. Professional and nice staff. Rooms are very clean. I stayed in a single room. The room itself was spacious enough but the bathroom was tiny. There was an iron and iron board in the room, which was a big +. Excellent breakfast. The location is a bit inconvenient. Not in walking distance from the town and there really is no restaurants (except hotels own) in waking distance. However bus 81 stops next to the hotel.
