The sound proofing was excellent: considering there was a busy taxi rank right outside, we could not hear a thing. - Everything about our stay was spot on. The staff were great, I arrived 10 minutes after making the booking and caught them on the hop but I was able to eat a really pleasant meal whilst they prepped the room.
The room was great and the following morning I enjoyed an excellent breakfast cooked by the owner.

To short to judge it but I slept very well. Clean room, nice bed, friendly staff. - We loved the room and the facilities. We purchased massages and they were really nice. the relaxation room was a really nice touch too. - the staff were very friendly, the rooms very comfortable and the swimming pool/spa facilities were excellent!

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiley!!! and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel although situated on a roundabout, you wouldn't have known it, was in a perfect location for seeing all the beautiful places around the area. Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Snake Pass all just a few minutes drive away. Beds were amazing probably the best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had. Restaurant was brilliant, food really good, and again the staff were fabulous.
