Using this form on my smart phone and in section 2 the ratings didn't have markers to show what each circle stood for. I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

Fantastic staff. Fine modern accomodations located behind the pub in a separate building. They went out of the way to make us feel at home. They even did our laundry free of charge while we visited a historic house even though we only spent one night with them. We also had a great meal in the pub which is rented by a Chinese family. Great country location worth the short drive out of town.

Quirky. Different. I couldn't categorise it. All healthy food and different. Cosy room, spotlessly clean. Friendly goats and chickens in the paddock. Big doubledecker bus in the caravan field for karoke, which was on but it didn't disturb us and finished well before eleven pm. Staff bent over backwards to be friendly and helpful.

Very friendly welcome from staff, and our room was excellent. Nice sized bath, comfy and large bed and the hotel was nice and quiet noise wise, always welcomed when hoping for a decent nights sleep.

The location was 1st class - the best Premier Hotel in Peterborough. Buffett breakfast all you can eat in the Beefeater next door was excellent with good Customer Service. Golf course,a pitch and putt and a lovely country park right next door to the Hotel.Very quiet in the room we had on the 1st floor.

All the staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful which makes the stay even nicer. We always look forward to the lovely choice of breakfast, a real treat and there is no rush to eat up which a perfect start to the day. Our family bedroom was very comfortable and extremely clean, we will definitely use Premier Inns again in the future!!
