I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

  Friendly cosy hotel, quirky & made a pleasant chance to stay in somewhere different & unique unlike the usual chain hotels. Staff were friendly & attentive. Food was good both in taste & value. Room large & comfortable. Was concerned about the potential of traffic noise as it it right on a busy sectionof the A1, but hotel is se... wat mensen zeggen » t back from the road, well soundproofed & I was not disturbed by any traffic noise. - The rooms where well equiped, warm and tastefully decorated. Free WiFi is a bonus with excellent reception within the room and the pub. The pub is a very relaxing retreat after a day on the road with friendly staff, excellent food and atmosphere........all in all excellent value for money.

  Nice little place to stay, if you don't mind the absence of an elevator, and fairly small low-ceilinged rooms. It is of course an old mill, but the rooms have been refurbished as good as it gets. Excellent meals if you go for the menu. They have "snacks" too but a better description for the latter would be "junk food leading to morbid obesity" - w... wat mensen zeggen » hich seems to be what many Britons prefer these days. The staff make you feel at home and are very helpful. - I grew up in Melbourn and missed this little jewel! The setting is idyllic. The view over the mill pond is gorgeous by day, but by night is stunning! The trees are lit with coloured lights and the reflection in the still mill pond is incredible - I've never seen anything like it! The staff are all really friendly, chatty and helpful. The food is delicious! The bed was very comfortable!

  Location 10 mins drive approx from St Neots on a golf course surrounded by farmland. Warm welcome on arrival. Room simple with nice touches - toiletries in bathroom and biscuits on tea tray. Good shower. Bed linen good quality with four decent pillows - appreciated those. Supper menu varied - good value -with something to suit most tastes. Breakfast included in - We really enjoyed our stay we had our elderly jack russell dog with us and EVERYBODY was very welcoming. Our dog was very welcome and we were not bombarded with rules and regulations by the hotel. Our dog was made a huge fuss of by the staff and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we most DEFINATELY will visit again next time we come up to see the in laws. Thank you.
