  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel). The room was nice and clean. I would most definitely recommend it and the location is perfect. - Pleasant, helpful staff. Seafront location 5 mins from town ... wat mensen zeggen » centre.   As an electrician travelling up & down the country i have stayed in some dia hotels but this one the comfort of the room,bed duvet covers pillows if i had had a larger suitcase i would have loved to take them home with me, thebreakfast was fresh & couldnt have been served better, if i had an option this hotel and any others if in a chain w... wat mensen zeggen » ould be my prefered option to stay in. - Staff excellent. Karen found my expensive glasses, contacted me and arranged to have them sent out. Superb! Breakfast excellent. Room very comfortable and clean. Excellent location for Prestwick airport or golf nearby. Ample secure parking. Really REALLY pleased!

  We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff in the dining room were pleasant and helpful too. We would definitely stay again. The Fox Family, Cumbria - Your Staff are fantastic. They were bright cheerful and... wat mensen zeggen » extremely helpful. I couldn't fault them even if I wanted to. In particular, Elaine on the desk is a little gem. I hope you appreciate how fortunate you are to have her. She is an excellent ambassador for Premier.

When there was no outlet to plug in a CPAP machine near the bed, the woman at the desk promptly found an extension cord for us to use. - The girl at reception was apologetic and offered to set up another bed in the room. Nice to have restaurant facilities on site. Quiet and clean accommodation.

Staff at South Beach are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble here and you are always greeted with a smile. Rooms lovely & comfortable.
