  Although booked into the Ivydean we were put into the St,Andrews Hotel across the road. Owned by the same people. The owners were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and cosy . The breakfast was excellent .   Marion was an exceptionally wonderful hostess - she made us feel welcome and comfortable, and even went to a lot of trouble looking up bus schedules and the like. The room was cozy and comfortable and the location is fantastic! I particularly loved the bowl of fresh fruit salad that we could help ourselves to whilst waiting for our cooked breakfast. The owner was very friendly and even gave us a lift to the airport, for which she wouldn't take any money for.

  Faye was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had full amenities. Although overlooking a busy raod there was little traffic noise even even though we had the window open during the night. Location was perfect for us with the town centre within easy walking distance. We have recently tended to use hotels and this was the first B&B we had - We got a very friendly welcome, it really did feel like being at home, the room was lovely, clean, big and very nicely decorated.   The rooms were immaculate. Mae and Stewart, the proprietors, went above and beyond their call of duty to please their guests. The breakfast were overly generous and delicious.   Rhona is so friendly, we were made feel so welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. An absolutely stunning home with beautiful scenery and the upmost attention to detail. Breakfast was perfect, we had morning coffee on the deck admiring the amazing countryside views, wow.
