The Pendennis was extremely clean,comfortable and the proprietors very friendly. They were full of local information and catered for every individual preference in terms of food and drink. Food was excellent. They looked at options to prevent waste and were very organised-list to mark for breakfast the next day.

Easy to find on the promenade and near the amazing retro and sea-filled swimming pool. Plenty of free parking in the locality. Lovely welcome from owner, Lyn (with tea tray!) who was very attentive and helpful. Rooms are spotless, well decorated and very comfortable. Lovely townhouse, beautifully decorated faithful to its period style. Such comfortable beds, luxury bedlinens and everything required for comfort in the room. The residents' sitting room is so comfortable and relaxing. Excellent breakfast. We stayed 2 nights in this lovely house, wish we'd had longer. A short walk into town on a quiet street.
