  We were given sensible ,helpful advice re. parking on the telephone before visit so it only cost £4.50 for our stay in nearby carpark. The young man on reception took an interest in our visit which was a nostalgis trip as we got engaged in Lincoln 46years ago and were celebrating our 45th wedding aniversary. We even got a card and he'd remembered ... wat mensen zeggen » it was 45years - nice touch! We booked as a 'cheap deal' so were very pleasantly surprised at positon of hotel and standard of room etc. Would love - Loved the location . Hotel well designed but pity the balconies off the top floor bar aren't larger. The days we stayed were very warm and the 2 small balconies were crammed. Disappointed that being residents we couldn't get a seat - they were all taken with non residents which was annoying . Bed very comfy and food good. Breakfast lacked any fresh fruit which wasn't good . Will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. - What a lovely stay. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Lincolns Christmas Market. I cannot compliment the staff here enough. Friendly, pleasant, helpful and always always wearing a smile and pleased to see you. Great hotel, warm, spotless and quiet. Amazing selection at breakfast. the warm choc-chip "welcome" cookie was a lovely touch. Thank you Double Tree staff - WILL RECOMMEND and WILL RETURN.

  Despite only staying overnight didnt really have a chance to see what was available but overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable cost. - Food was excellent,leisure facilities were excellent,the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall very relaxing hotel.

  De service en de vriendelijkheid van al het personeel. We voelden ons er direct thuis en ook zeer welkom. De schitterende lokatie van het hotel is ook een groot pluspunt. Maaltijden prima. Er was zelfs glutenvrij brood voor mijn vrouw. Het gaf een indruk die boven 3 sterren uitging! - Mooie ligging

  I liked the fact it was very good money and good location for what it's worth. The night guard at reception was very friendly. The rooms were tidy and ideal for groups of people who are going out in Lincoln city centre. Comfortable bed and clean en suite. The room was very clean and to a good standard with an excellent ensuite with clean shower area. The double bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding in terms of quality and choice.
