We were given sensible ,helpful advice re. parking on the telephone before visit so it only cost £4.50 for our stay in nearby carpark.

Loved the location . Hotel well designed but pity the balconies off the
top floor bar aren't larger. The days we stayed were very warm and
the 2 small balconies were crammed. Disappointed that being residents we
couldn't get a seat - they were all taken with non residents which
was annoying . Bed very comfy and food good. Breakfast lacked any fresh
fruit which wasn't good . Will definitely stay again and recommend
it to friends. -
What a lovely stay. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Lincolns Christmas Market.
I cannot compliment the staff here enough. Friendly, pleasant, helpful and always always wearing a smile and pleased to see you.

Despite only staying overnight didnt really have a chance to see what was available but overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable cost. - Food was excellent,leisure facilities were excellent,the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall very relaxing hotel.

We stayed in an en-suite attic room. The room was a good size, with a huge, comfortable king-size bed. Jackie, the manager was friendly, helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The room and the rest of the B&B was very clean and well presented. The apartment was well designed and had everything you could possibly need for your stay it was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, there was good parking, the owners were welcoming and friendly and happy to provide advise on the area, nothing was to much trouble.
The breakfast menu was nothing short of 5* would have loved to stay longer if only to sample everything offered on their superb menu.
Would not hesitate going back to the Gables Guest House.

I have stayed at the Loudor twice now and I cannot find a fault
.Travelling as I do for business I have stayed in many hotels but there
are very few that I look forward to returning to.This is at the top of
my list the welcome by Mick and Jo( great conversation) and environment
of the Loudor makes it a fabulous place. Also a great Italian over the
road to round off a long day .Breakfast , best porridge ever !! Cooked

Fantastic location with parking which was a bonus. Room was lovely with big comfy bed and fab bathroom, really modern.The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming and even rang us to make sure that we could find where they were situated. Also very knowledgable about the local area. Breakfast was lovely with ample coffee ,tea and toast. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

The Poplars is a very nice place to stay. The owner Martin was very helpful and friendly and the room and en suite bathroom were very good. However the room was also cold and a draft came in through the old windows. An update to modern double glazing is definitely needed. The vehicle entrance to the car park is tight and awkward... Definitely not for the nervous driver. If you can look past those two small negatives you will enjoy your stay very much
