  ligging - The hotel was in a great location which meant we could walk easily to shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel room was really good, it was modern and really clean. Also we found the staff helpfull and really friendly. The best bit was the facilties the hotel offered, we used the restaurant for breakfast and meals and then the lesiure suit ... wat mensen zeggen » was a great way to start the morning. - I only stayed one night but the hotel staff, especially room service who were quick and efficient bringing everything from ice buckets to ironing boards were very helpful. The pool attendant was also very helpful in his manner and advice as to what to see and do in the city and the pool and leisure facilties were spotless and a joy to use.

We were there bank holiday weekend so it was a busy hotel which gave it more atmosphere for a young group of friends was good fun! Parking; you are able to park on the main road outside the hotel after 6:30pm there are 2 car parks for parking prior to this but we che - We booked our room on 26 March for 2 nights 10 / 11 April through letsbookhotel.com. Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends & family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.

  From the moment I walked through the door I like it. I was greeted with a smile and dealt with right away. My room (lilac room) was excellent, lovely views, comfy bed.....very relaxing. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and the service was just fantastic. The hotel was 10 out of 10 but to be honest it was the staff that impressed me most. The bed was very comfortable, a good nights sleep. The staff very friendly and attentive. Good choice at breakfast. Unfortunatley did not have evening meal as other arrangements, however resturant was busy.
