Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends & family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.
