We thought that the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even when we
phoned and asked for a late checkout they said it wasn't a problem
and after expecting a small fee there wasn't one which was great.
The room was adequate, clean and comfortable. The swans is a perfect,
reasonably priced hotel if anyone are looking at staying in Nottingham
and would like to be close by the city centre. We were very much pleased
and would definitely recommend it to others.

Goede ontvangst, goede ligging - we wer a large group of ladies on a hen party, we were made to feel very welcome. there was a lot of hen and stag partys but we all got two good nights sleep without any trouble or disurbance. - The room was clean and spacious, in a beautiful new building. I needed somewhere to stay in Nottingham for one night and booked The
Beeches at the last minute. For £50 I had a very comfortable bed in a
room which was quiet, even though it was at the front of the hotel, a
reasonable breakfast - and a very relaxing morning swim. The staff were

The Staff were excellent, I spend most of my Business life in Hotels all over the World, I was looking for a good value Hotel near to the City Centre, the Beeches Hotel tick all the boxes.....the fact that all the Staff we brilliant, especially the guys in the Bar whilst the football was on, was an added bonus..... keep up the great service and relaxed atmosphere, it certainly make the difference to my stay!

Me and a friend booked this last minute to go to a concert in town. We actually ended up being upgraded so as you can imagine this made us very happy! The man who runs it all was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment, right in town and close to both the train and bus station. Couldn't fault it. -

Nice location in the Lace Market. A few minutes from everywhere but surprisingly quiet. Great facilities in the apartment and plenty of space. Really good alternative to a hotel. -

We did ask for quiet rooms, but mine was not quiet, as it was beneath a
staircase. The receptionist said it was the fault of letsbookhotel.com for not
relaying the request! She refunded the cost of my room. The other room
was fine. I am always amazed that modern British hotels have wooden
floors/ceilings. All other modern hotels in the world have

The day and night staff were friendly, caring and professional in terms of customer care. The beds are extremely comfortable and the TV was very welcome. The breakfast and breakfast staff were both excellent.
