To go into town I had to take the Bus, but the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, so after finding out how to do it, I had no further problems. The swans is a perfect, reasonably priced hotel if anyone are looking at staying in Nottingham and would like to be close by the city centre. We were very much pleased and would definitely recommend it to others.

  I needed somewhere to stay in Nottingham for one night and booked The Beeches at the last minute. For £50 I had a very comfortable bed in a room which was quiet, even though it was at the front of the hotel, a reasonable breakfast - and a very relaxing morning swim. All in all, excellent value for money. - The Staff were excellent, I spend most of my Business life in Hotels all over the World, I was looking for a good value Hotel near to the City Centre, the Beeches Hotel tick all the boxes.....the fact that all the Staff we brilliant, especially the guys in the Bar whilst the football was on, was an added bonus..... keep up the great service and relaxed atmosphere, it certainly make the difference to my stay!

  We did ask for quiet rooms, but mine was not quiet, as it was beneath a staircase. The receptionist said it was the fault of letsbookhotel.com for not relaying the request! She refunded the cost of my room. The other room was fine. I am always amazed that modern British hotels have wooden floors/ceilings.
