  I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while participating in an exhibition held at Sandown Park and found the location ideal. Unfortunately on the first night there was a problem with the mains gas supply to the hotel. Having ordered a drink from the bar my colleague and I wanted to eat but was told that this was not possible due to the gas problem.... wat mensen zeggen » For us this was fine as I had ordered a soft drink, but others in the bar had already had alcoholic drinks before wanting to eat. This meant that the - Excellent location for chessington world of adventure, we did a two day visit staying for one night at the hotel which 200yards next to the explorer gate, no need to queue in the park traffic just stroll up from hotel.. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, we ate in the beefeater which ajoins the hotel, great value and nice food and beer !, We took breakfast, and again exceptional choice and value

  I would highly recommend the Bear. We stayed in the Panda bear room which was well equipped, clean and comfortable! Excellent value for money and breakfast the next day was just fab!!!! I was a little worried about the parking situation after reading some of the previous reviews but it was well organised and we got a space no problems. Food in Albert Arms is just excellent with a chef who has pride in his cooking. You will probably meet him there as he does occasionaly come out and check with patrons.
