Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. Made to feel like part of the hotel. Staff and guests were lively and keen to get to know people. Good entertainment and lively atmosphere. great for families and friends. Thanks .
alle beoordelingen » First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again. fantastic owner and staff, made my stay personal and came out during every breakfast for a conversation. Owner has a good knowledge of Blackpool and booked night outs for us so we didnt have to. Rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and very warm. Showers were really hot(Needed on the Blackpool seafront) 2 minutes walk to pleasure beach, Casino and sandcastle waterpark. The friendliness of the staff and other clients. The way the breakfast tables were set out. The breakfast. The comfortable single bed with mattress protector and clean sheets. If a hotel/guest house/caravan has a mattress protector on the beds one can feel safe to sleep in the bed. we stayed in room 8 was really clean bed was comfy we were made very welcome had few drinks in the bar at night time they had karaoke on drinks are very reasonable breakfast was lovely hotels 2min walk from pleasure beach we will defo b back soon 2 visit again. It was cheap and cheerful, the staff were very polite at all times, very helpful also. Breakfast was good too, definitely would recommend to others, it's not right in the town centre which means you aren't hearing all the noises of people going by!. location was brilliant, value for money.Cheap and cheerful, just what I expected nothing more nothing less. Pool table was a bonus.If you on a budget its the hotel for you. We liked that the staff were really pleasant and friendly, even the other guests were ready for a chat over a pint, the room was a decent size and the bed comfortable. Room was comfortable and clean. The room is really small but for a couple of nights it did us well. For the price with breakfast a good deal. Our room was a little on the cool side but nothing major. Struggled to park. At £30 per room theres nothng to dislike.. I didnt like the shower as it was very difficult to get it warm, or the stained headboard. Little things. room was a bit cold at times. nothing. Could be problem with parking in season. Nothing not to like. You get what you pay for and we did. Staff, excluding owner who was very helpful and friendly, other staff were impolite at breakfast time did not speak to us other than to complain that we were 3 minutes early for breakfast. Small room. No issues. The family room we were given was right at the top of the first flight of stairs therefore we were woken up twice in the night by groups of young drunk people!. Room not cleaned, tea/coffee not replenished. small room window wouldn't close no remote for the tv. Toilet seat was broke and asked to be fixed and was told no, no cleaners came in through our stay. did not like cooked breakfast it was precooked roomes was not cleand till we left and we had 2 bags of rubish all coat hangers was all diffrent. small rooms but for the cost what would you expect. Old fashioned. There seemed to be no night staff available and when an argument broke out with the couple in the room next to us (and subsequently into the corridor) no-one was around to help. There was also a lot of noise from the bar which went on until 1.00am. everything. it was really cold the first night we stayed and a little warmer the second night but nothing significant, our room wasnt the cleanest of hotels i stayed in and the shower wasnt up to standard at all.
