  The hotel was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the owner, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant. They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage!   Everything about this hotel was to our liking! The room we had was excellent, with exceptional bed linen and towels, tea and coffee making facilities and little extras supplied in the bathroom. Jason and Melanie were the perfect hosts. The English breakfast was cooked to perfection and the variety of cereal and fresh fruit available was much more ... wat mensen zeggen » than we expected. The honesty box in the lounge was a brilliant idea. This small friendly hotel was the best we have ever stayed in for a 3 star ratin - I could not fault anything. The staff were amazingly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with everything I could need. The location was perfect for my plans and not too noisy. And the price definitely did not reflect the service. For the price I paid, I was expecting a lot less than what I got, so was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again. And I liked the little honesty box for snacks in the lounge area.

  We received a very warm welcom on arrival at this small but beautiful hotel. The hotel room was finely decorated and warm.   The hotel itself was great for the price. From arriving to a friendly welcome , to a great sea view in our double room we valued the kings as a very friendly and accommodating stay. Close to the promenade and an excellent location for a sunny walk on the front of blackpool. Getting about was easy as the tram stops are literally a 2 minute walk aw... wat mensen zeggen » ay! En suite rooms were handy and the breakfast as filling and offered how you like it , so any picky eaters will be thrilled ! Also free car parking - Myself and my partnrreally enjoyd our stay. We cae out of season and most places where closed but we werent too bothered because we only came for a night away. The hotel was very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. Highly recomend
