  We loved the room, location, leisure facilities and the food. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a perfect stay. We will be returning soon I hope.   We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room. The full English breakfast was well cooked and piping hot. Of course you could choose want you want.The evening meals in Rowley's are really recommended. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

Substantial double glazing made room quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

  The hotel staff were very obliging, friendly and helpful. Great hotel for time out and relaxation. The food in the Hotel Restaurant, The Brasserie, was awesome. Really great tasting food served with style and sophistication yet balanced well with a relaxed atmosphere. Parking was no problem. Maybe bike hire would be a better idea? - From the moment we entered the foyer nothing was too much trouble for the staff. This was a surprise birthday treat for my partner, which he utterly enjoyed. All the little extras made the trip extra special, waiters bringing drinks to table, courtesy car to restaurant and very attentive waiter service whilst relaxing have our beautiful meal was all very much apprepciated. Views from the bedroom window over the water was very pleasing. Room was very quiet and peaceful. Food was v. good. The hotel is new so therefore you expect it to be pristine and it was.   The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The location was handy for both Southport and Ormskirk. I also liked the fact that you had until 12 noon to vacate your room, making it a leisurely departure.
