  The young man on reception who managed to "guide us in" after we got lost was so lovely - friendly and able to have a laugh with us, just what we needed after going around the loop so many times, thank you! Alan on the night shift was fantastic fun and very accommodating to ensure his guests were well looked after. Great room with a fantastic view overlooking the sea front. Well heated room. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Very nice breakfast - lot of choice. Fab location. Substantial double glazing made room quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

  Underground secure parking was a plus. Reception staff were very welcoming. The room was modern, smart and very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Views from the bedroom window over the water was very pleasing. Room was very quiet and peaceful. Food was v. good. The hotel is new so therefore you expect it to be pristine and it was.   Absolutely first class hotel in every way. The room was excellent, the staff attentive, the breakfast superb and the bar was relaxed with quality wine. - very modern, breakfast was excellent, required more staff to serve coffee/tea only two staff to serve the whole restaurant

  The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Premier Inn realise how fantastic the staff are at this hotel especially Lynda, Jacqui and Emma (new girl). - It was very clean, comfortable and the receptionist was partic... wat mensen zeggen » ularly friendly, welcoming, very helpful and obliging. The location was handy for both Southport and Ormskirk. I also liked the fact that you had until 12 noon to vacate your room, making it a leisurely departure.
