The resort is family run and managed by Mr Nice (nice by name, nice by nature) nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were welcomed and soon felt at home. We had an air conditioned bungalow that was spacious and clean and provided a comfortable base for our stay. Located on the beach (which was raked and cleaned every morning)with all necessary facilities and the bonus of an excellent restaurant the resort provides all that is needed. We loved our pool villa suite it was absolutely amazing with awesome views. We were double booked, the staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade! Some looked more luxurious, others were more simple, but still very nice.

- Basic but excellent bungalows. Really clean and comfortable.
- Great and friendly staff. The owner are Belgian and super relaxt. Nothing is a problem for them and they help you with anything you want.

The owners (Lise and her husband) were absolutely wonderful. They were accommodating, kind and called all the guests by their first names. The food was good, the beach was beautiful and quiet (with a very low tide in the morning, which made for great walks out in the sea). The sunset was incredible here and he bungalows were clean and comfortable.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The bungalows are very clean, quite big and beautiful, surrounded by flowers and 50 meters from the beach. The Heaven bar is right on the beach, great for a sunset drink and beyond. The owner is lovely, friendly and really caring about the clients that stay in her hotel. The food is delicious and you can get a lot of different meals for cheap prices. All in all, perfect value hotel, well located and a quiet beach, with an excellent and competent staff.

for that money, naturally you're not getting one of the
"private pool" suites but their smallest, still very

Staff is really helpful and frienly. Hotel is located on a very beautiful and quiet beach, it´s almost like a paradise! Special thanks of the birthdaycake and sparkling wine at the breakfast on 3.10.2013! =) The villa(number 5) with pool and seawiev is great! We had a great week in this resort and we really recommend this hotel to everybody!

I can say it s the best place in koh phangan !! staff are fantastic ! helpful , respectful , and very kind ( the receptionist call M was the best !! and leek the barman ) no to far from the heart of the village but rent a scooter ! I still think it s the best location ! great beach and view , I had a great time there and i highly recommanded

and had a wonderful time there. The hotel has a great atmosphere and you
can feel life flowing throughout this place.
The hotel's on a cliff, the views are incredible. There is a short passage down the stairs to one of the greatest beaches on Koh Phangan - Haad Yao, which is very convenient.

You just have to read the other revues to realise this place is excellent. Family run by very friendly people the service is excellent. The rooms are very nice and private. The pool is really amazing and one of the best parts of the resort, perhaps only outshone by the very generous and yummy breakfasts.
