Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday. There is a DVD player in our room, we can rent the DVD from the downstair library. It is amazing.

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. i have travelled to and stayed at several different locations over the last 6 months and find that the Best beach villa is one of my favourites. it is clean..the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good. close to the beach and local shopping.Also close to nightlife. I enjoy the breakfast as one of the best with food available that i like to eat. overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone..Thank you Rod

The staff were very friendly always, they were alwayd very helpful when needed.
The rooms and hotel in general were kept in impeccably clean conditions at all times. The room Maids were fantastic, they were in and out like the wind doing a great job.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and the room service is amazing.
On a whole I had a very comfortable stay with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would most certainly be staying there again vmyself. I
