  Staff at reception up graded be cause I compliend about them not sending transport for airport pick.up which I Had requested on my booking and Had asked for confirmation from them in two mails. Communication was not easy sa most of the staffs English was not good. We Had to ha e breakfast at 6 am as soon as it opened as we Had to go to catch a bus so most of the food was not out or ar - Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

  Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. - Really good... wat mensen zeggen » value for money. We paid only 50€ for a double room, which is really good for such a central location in Bangkok, far from the noisy Khao San road. The hotel is very calm and has a very nice swimming pool. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

  Central position, between shopping area and main historical attractions. Staff were exremely helpful with advice about how to get about and setting up transfers to and from the city's 2 airports. Room had all the features needed.   My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. This hotel is next to the big duty free shopping mall, so easy for shopping lovers. The hotel room is modern, spacious, clean and neat. I wou - The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

We were able to change to a different room which suited us better and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy, and booked us tours and cheap rates with the local taxi's. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.   We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls.   We stayed in a Superior Double which was large and nicely decorated with modern décor. Hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was efficient. The hotel is well located with direct access to the MBK shopping centre and the Siam Paragon complex is located across the road. The pool area was large with plenty of sunbaking space however, it does get busy around 4pm - Flawless stay from start to finish. Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
