The staff were helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were excellent with
a comprehensive range of cuisines. I was attending a conference in
another hotel but chose to stay at the Intercontinental. Unfortunately I
did not therefore have time to use the pool, spa or other hotel
facilities. The concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us with
last minute shopping information, restaurant information and with any
enquiry we had.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.

The receptionist will unlock the door for you. Room may be small but with all that you need and the housekeeping is efficient. Breakfast comes in sets, limited, but delicious.

Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
