The staff were wonderful - always kind, friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby for the morning while we went off shopping until it was time to leave for the airport. When we went to Phuket for a week, we were told we could leave extra luggage at the hotel while we were away. We loved the fact that the buffet breakfast was included in the deal. Other advantages were that the hotel is very close to Ratchaparop Station which is on the City Line Sky Train Route taking

The Service was Impeccable, i couldn't fault any of the staff in their manner and customer service. I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

the room after booking. However, we were pleasantly surprised with
the space and well kept room given to us upon our request. Toilet is

Airconditioning is exceptional. Hotel is right next to a skytrain station (Ratchathewi) which means you can go door-to-door from Suvarnabuhmi airport by train if you wish (interchange at Phaya Thai), total 60-70THB. There is a 7-11 a hundred metres from the entrance if you need supplies (cheap beer. 5th floor pool is great. Room size is adequate. Multiple restuarants to choose from within the hotel.
