  A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with transportation and restaurants. Wellness centre amazing but didn't allow ourselves enough time to do this properly. Fantastic place highly recommended.

  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! - Everythi... wat mensen zeggen » ng was wonderful at this hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and made an effort to make us feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them!   zeer attent vriendelijk personeel. hoewel gedateerd hotel toch erg schoon - Ontvangst was vriendelijk, onze gereserveerde kamer was door de vorige gasten in een dermate vuile staat achtergelaten dat men ons er NIET in kon plaatsen !We kregen een kamer in de nok van het hotem maar.... met uitzicht op de Matterhorn ! ruim (was voor 4 personen )
