  Everything! This is one of the best places my husband and I have ever stayed (and we've traveled extensively)!! From the moment of pick up at the train station, the staff, the hotel atmosphere and accommodations, the spa/pool area, location to main attractions and the restaurant were outstanding.   The wonderful warm welcome by the owners and they made our stay truly special . They even made a special Black Forest Gateau for my birthday evening ,which was made a magical occasion by the excellent meal presented beautifully by the staff. - Very friendly and welcome stuff. As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn!
