The Hotel is managed by family. Very warm welcome from the staff on train station which is free pick up by hotel. On arrival we have been received by owner of the hotel with very warm welcome. Beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Great location near tram so perfect for skiers. (Can ski in from lift). Lovely decorated hotel and exceptional customer service. Very nice hotel, a short walk from town at the other end of the lake.
The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the
reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The
bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are
exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The
subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.

The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel. The spa facilities were also very nice after a long day on the slopes. -

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was there for the ski marathon
and the hotel ran people and their skis to the bahnhof to catch the bus
to the race. They also started breakfast early on race day. The food in
the restaurant and Stuebli was excellent. Although not on the menu, we
