The Hotel is managed by family. Very warm welcome from the staff on train station which is free pick up by hotel. On arrival we have been received by owner of the hotel with very warm welcome. to a variety of music while enjoying a warm cup of tea. Breakfast was
amazing with great fresh fruit salad. Overall, had an amazing
experience. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Great location near tram so perfect for skiers. (Can ski in from lift). Lovely decorated hotel and exceptional customer service. Fast internet and extensive, delicious free breakfast. Also 4 course groumet dinner offered in dining room for very reasonable price. Very friendly staff.

The room/apartment was large enough for a family of 5. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely with big windows and a bit of a view. Very nice hotel, a short walk from town at the other end of the lake.
The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the
reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The
bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are
exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The
subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.

The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel. The spa facilities were also very nice after a long day on the slopes. -

We loved staying at Aladin. While it was not in the main town, we purchased a pass from the hotel which gave us access to the bus and ski lifts. This was the most convenient and cost effective way to get around and ski. Aladin was quiet with great facilities, excellent views, very clean and deserving of more than three stars. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was there for the ski marathon
and the hotel ran people and their skis to the bahnhof to catch the bus
to the race. They also started breakfast early on race day. The food in
the restaurant and Stuebli was excellent. Although not on the menu, we
got fondue and the waiter provided excellent advice. -
