  We were celebrating a 60th birthday, so wished to have a hotel near the centre, which was comfortable and if required use of the restaurant. We found the hotel to exceed our expectations for location, near to the ferry station or a short walk along the coastline to the City centre. You don't go down a 20 floor hotel and are immediatly surrounded by shops? Who cares? You are 10 minutes away from all that, if you enjoy walking. If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.   We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. (We do understand it was late - but it... wat mensen zeggen » was still open!) The receptionist did listen and took this seriously. We were offered a discounted dish/glas of wine and walked away satisfied. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.

  Very close to the main station and to Arlanda Express. The room was very small (as indicated on the web site) but fully functional. These single rooms without window are very good value for money if you just want to stay overnight as I did (to catch an early plane). - The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good, it was peaceful

  Very Friendly Staff, all spoke a variety of languages. Breakfast was amazing, with hot and cold food ranging from a vast array of different countries. It is a 20 minute bus ride to the city. The rooms are small but each floor has a gathering room where you can read a book or chat with fellow travelers.
