  Staff was always very helpful and available. Restaurant was good for dinner and became a good option at good prices. Room was small but comfortable and the extra room with the sofa bed for our son was very convenient. Internet was surprisingly good in the room with excellent speed and for free. Free parking was also appreciated. We were very satis... wat mensen zeggen » fied with the hotel and can definitely recommend it. - We spent a few lovely days in Stockholm staying at this hotel. Easy to get there, the room was nice and clean, very good breakfast, parking was free and safe (garage), very pleasant staff, easy to go in the city centre (10 min. with the train), so I recomand this hotel. My daughter really liked it. - Simply 5 stars service in 3 stars budget. Staff is very well trained to give you the feel of home. Special thanks to Ana and Emily...the smile of Ana can be a great start of your day. Emily will always go to the extra mile helping you! From now on every where I go I will look for Ibis Hotels first!

  Comfortable beds, coffee & Tea making facilities, wonderful smiling staff in reception and spacious rooms. We got a good rate including breakfast. The Ski park is just ten minutes away. By Public transport from Central Station take any of the Green Line t17/t18/t19 change to Tram Grey Line l22 and get down at Sickla Kaj. This is a - The hotel, break fast and other facilities are good. Breakfast is with lot of varieties, try the Swedish cakes especially. Staff were cool. And special thing, they offer free bicycles upto 4 days for guests. Nearby the hotel there is are coop and Lidl supermakets and burger shops.

  We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. (We do understand it was late - but it... wat mensen zeggen » was still open!) The receptionist did listen and took this seriously. We were offered a discounted dish/glas of wine and walked away satisfied. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.
