  I definitely suggest you this B&B. Rooms are new, clean, big and decorated with style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And the island is AMAZING to visit, but you need a car and have to be aware to drive a bit if you really want to enjoy it. - Clean and comfortable. Good with the restaurant open during weekends.   The hotel is located on the plaza in the middle of old town Kalmar where plenty of shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Because there is no A/C it can be a little noisy at night with the windows open but they provide ear plugs. Fans are provided as well. Eggs and bacon are outstanding, and cold buffet very complete. Great coffee, too - Oh where to begin!! This was the MOST AMAZING 2 night stay!!! The room was very charming, the staff was wonderful and helpful!! The breakfast was very very good. All around this a truly charming place to stay!! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for charm, grace and character!!
