The staff is very experienced and friendly; I had to postpone my arrival up to 14 hours and didn't have the chance to send an email to warn the staff; when I arrived I found a note with my keys and bed linen and towel waiting f... wat mensen zeggen » or me...   The location is off the hook. Just behind Sergerls Torg. The organic breakfest was good and big, there was also something to eat for people who can't eat normal bread/milk (lactose-free, glutein free) and that was excellent. The bath was great! - The location, only 5-10minutes walk to the royral palace, and to hop on, hop off boat, walking distance to the old town, quiet area, nice staff, room space (double) is quite big, compared with other hotel. if you just want to go to the Skansen park, Vasa, old town, city hall and royral palace, then you don't need to buy the ticket for train, just hop on hop off boat is enough!

  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!
