  Comfortable beds, coffee & Tea making facilities, wonderful smiling staff in reception and spacious rooms. We got a good rate including breakfast. The Ski park is just ten minutes away. By Public transport from Central Station take any of the Green Line t17/t18/t19 change to Tram Grey Line l22 and get down at Sickla Kaj.   I appreciated verything ! I didn't try the shared bathroom but only the toilets since I slept my two first nights (3 nights in total) in a double-bed room, but absolutely everything was wonderful : - comfortable quite big beds with strong woody frames (no noise) - easy key system with card or magnetic "plastic coin" - big case for valuable belongi... wat mensen zeggen » ngs in the "multiple beds bedroom" - everything was modern : bathrooms, doors, furniture, kitchen, ... - big kitchen with lots of utensils for cookin - The kitchen is a very nice addition to the stay at Skanstulls. Since food is so expensive in Stockholm, the kitchen gives a nice break to buy food and cook it. There are 2 grocery stores across the street too, In the hostel is a lot of tourist info which was really nice. I had a late check in that I forgot to mention and I almost wasn't able to get into the hostel. I caught the staff member at the last minute as she was leaving and she was so kind about my mistake. She was a very helpful girl

  We were celebrating a 60th birthday, so wished to have a hotel near the centre, which was comfortable and if required use of the restaurant. We found the hotel to exceed our expectations for location, near to the ferry station or a short walk along the coastline to the City centre. The breakfast catered for all needs offering a choice of cooked and - Being at the coutryside in the center of Stockholm was amazing. You have to walk to arrive to the Palace? You don't go down a 20 floor hotel and are immediatly surrounded by shops? Who cares? You are 10 minutes away from all that, if you enjoy walking. If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.   I stayed in room 219.It was clean and smelled clean. Generous sized room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet offered a broad range of healthy breakfast choices.Location was good. Tram into city center is just a few min walk away and takes only 15min. I paid 125 EUR per night for a double room, which was great value this Hotel. - The location of the hotel was good, the ABBA Museum is in the same building in the basement. The Vasa Museum and the Nordisk Museum sa well sa Scancen are very close. You can take the Hop on Hop off bus to see the central Stockholm - the bus stop is not far from the hotel. The breakfast is good, the staff is polite. The hotel is very small.

  I liked the perfect location in the heart of Stockholm. Because some areas are shared a connection, even if brief happens easily, with other guests which is quite nice. Generosity: free coffee, tea and pasta (you cook it yourself). Computer for Internet and cityguidance. You have a fully equipped kitchen you can use. Very easy to come and go since... wat mensen zeggen » you get your own code to the outside door. Cosy old style. - Location is amazing, in the middle of the Gamla Stan. Nobel Museum and Storakyrkan are both across the street. I spent my first four nights in Stockholm in Sodermalm, paying more for a bed in a four-bed room than I did for a bed in a nine-bed room in Gamla Stan.
