The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. The beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped with facilites including kettkle, toaster, ironing, microwave and tv with BBC and ITV

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this
hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is
really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

The apartment was first class to me it was like home from home it was very comfortable with a full kitchen with all the equipment you would have in your own home I did not even have to buy washing up liquid or kitchen towels everything you needed was provided in the price and the cleaners kept the apartment Very clean a big flat screen TV in sitti

On first arriving the very friendly staff at check in welcomed us this
continued right through our stay . Lovely studio small kitchen with
everything provided, best Ive been in beautiful pool area very
comfortable sun beds lovely bar and itialian resturant had good menu
.Towel rental for 4.00 was great area was quiet but there is 2-3 bars
plently of places to eat our favourite was Tapas and Chilli very tasty
and Volare bar next door worth a visit supermarket on complex is a
little over priced b

Hotel is voorzien van alle faciliteiten, aantal kamers is groot, maar het geheel is erg rustig. Gunstig gelegen. - De kamer was ruim en we hadden weinig last van lawaai. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The Colonial atmosphere of the whole city, with yourselves just on the edge, and included. We were just amazed at La Laguna City and we loved it, much different to the rest of Tenerife. I liked that all appartments were so close to the pool and bar area and none were more that 30 seconds away from the central area. The staff were also excellent with our young daughter, particularly the pool attendant (life gaurd) and the staff at the poolside bar. -
