  The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't.   This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  I liked that all appartments were so close to the pool and bar area and none were more that 30 seconds away from the central area. The staff were also excellent with our young daughter, particularly the pool attendant (life gaurd) and the staff at the poolside bar. - Very clean and very well maintained. Cleaners are wonderful.   We only needed a room for a couple of nights near to the airport after our holiday and this place was perfect - we could watch the planes taking off and landing from our balcony which also overlooked the golf course. It may sound like this could be very noisy but we didn't find it intrusive & it was something to watch while we had our breakfa... was die leute sagen » st! . The apartment facilities were good and the very large double bed was wonderfully comfortable. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the many - Everything was clean, staff were very friendly and the apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need-a true home from home. The maids were constantly cleaning, changing beds and towels, all communal areas were immaculate and the resort was very peaceful. In in all Tenerife Country club is amazing.
